We rely on Stripe for subscription management.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe web interface accessible through the editor.

Time periods paid for cannot be refunded.

We can setup your domain such as www.yourrestaurant.com or menu.yourrestaurant.com to serve your menu.

Custom domain setup requires a C$ 150 fee for the certificate and installation.

Your menu will still be hosted by us and will use a SSL certificate provided by AWS.

Here is the setup process:

• Contact us and confirm the desired domain or subdomain you want to use
• We send you the installation invoice
• After payment, we configure the certificate and domain on our side and send you the DNS configuration that you need to add to your domain which includes two DNS entries that are similar to:
  CNAME _$validationid.yourdomain.com. _$validationid.acm-validations.aws.
  CNAME yourdomain.com. menu.dishtup.com.
• Configure your DNS and send us a confirmation email once done.
• We verify and finalize the configuration.

We are a digital menu provider and only provide digital goods.

Please check with a local printing press to get your QR codes printed.

That is up to you.

Newer generations tend to prefer the digital menus but older may prefer the physical ones.

That being said, the digital menus offer many advantages:

• Lower or zero design cost
• Lower printing cost and no re-printing cost
• Changes are instantly reflected. You can change your items everyday.
• Faster for your guests to order if your QR code is on the table.
• Pictures may drive more interest / sales and avoid disappointments.

If you do keep a paper menu, we recommend to add the QR code on it.
